Our mission is to address the skilled labor shortage in Germany by connecting companies with qualified talent from India – efficiently, individually, and with real added value for everyone involved.
The name “Bottle Caps” reflects our core belief:
Two elements – incomplete on their own – only make sense together. Just like companies and employees. Only in combination can they reach their full potential.
Our founder, Armin Alagic-Müller, brings extensive professional experience from both Germany and India:
Sales and advisory roles at Allianz Insurance, with a focus on client relationships and coaching
Managing Director of BWV Rhein-Main e.V., specializing in workforce development and training within the insurance sector
Director of the Goethe-Zentrum in Coimbatore, India, promoting language learning and intercultural exchange
These experiences form the foundation of Bottle Caps Recruiting. We understand the challenges faced by German companies just as well as the needs of international professionals – especially those from India.
Our strength lies in a holistic approach:
We guide the entire process – from candidate selection to language training and cultural preparation, all the way to successful integration into the German workplace. We work closely with experienced German language instructors in India, many of whom are certified examiners (Goethe, Telc, ÖSD).
